From spreadsheet to printed sheet

  1. Paste CSV data or upload a .csv/.xlsx file, then map each column to name, SKU, price and code.
  2. Pick the code type (barcode or QR) and the Avery-compatible sheet template.
  3. Calibrate once with a test page, then print or save a vector PDF at 100% scale.

Good to know

Which barcode types are supported?

Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, ITF-14 and QR Code. EAN/UPC check digits are computed automatically when you type only the base digits.

Can I reuse a sheet that already has labels missing?

Yes. Set Start at label no. to the first free position and printing begins there, so partially used sheets are not wasted.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?

No. Parsing, codes and layout all run locally in your browser. Shared links carry settings only.

How do I export a print-ready PDF?

Click Print and choose Save as PDF, with margins set to None and scale at 100% so labels keep their real size.
