Headphone Tester
Check left and right channels, balance, bass and volume.
Start low: volume begins at 30%. Raise it slowly, and stop if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable. The sweep reaches very deep and very high pitches.
Status: Ready. Put your headphones on and pick a test.
Check every part of your headphones
- Play the left, center and right tones to confirm each side works.
- Run the frequency sweep to find weak highs or missing bass.
- Use balance and volume to compare sides before calling it a defect.
Good to know
One side is silent. Is my headphone broken?
Not always. Swap the sides, check the plug and the system balance first. If the same ear stays silent, the driver or cable is the likely cause.
What does the sweep tell me?
Healthy drivers play from deep bass to bright highs without long gaps. A sudden drop on both sides is often the source or EQ, not the headphone.
Why does the bass rattle?
Dirt, hair on the driver or a damaged diaphragm rattles on deep tones. Try cleaning gently before replacing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. All tones are generated in your browser. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.
