Why does the result show 59-point-something instead of 60?
Browsers report real frame pacing, and most 60 Hz panels actually run at 59.94 Hz. Anything within a couple of percent of the standard is a healthy reading.
Why is my 144 Hz monitor showing 60 Hz here?
The usual cause is the operating system still set to 60 Hz, the browser running on the integrated GPU, or a cable and port that cap the bandwidth. Check the display settings before suspecting the panel.
What do slow frames and possible skips mean?
Slow frames are render hitches longer than 1.7x the typical frame time. Repeated suspects above 2.5x hint at frame skipping or stutter worth retesting with nothing else running.
